Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Figurapp you accept these Terms of Service. Read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Figurapp you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old. If you are a minor (under 18 in most jurisdictions), you have authorization from your parents or guardians.
• You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• The information you provide when registering is true and current.

2. What Figurapp is

Figurapp is a mobile application that lets you keep a digital album of football stickers, connect with other nearby collectors via geolocation and coordinate trades.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials (email and password) secure.
• You may not share your account or use someone else's account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect someone accessed without authorization, change your password and write to us at support@figurapp.com.

4. Acceptable use

By using Figurapp you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or violent activities.
• Harass, intimidate, threaten or abuse other users.
• Send spam, unsolicited advertising or commercial content unrelated to sticker trading.
• Spoof your location to manipulate the proximity system (GPS spoofing).
• Try to break, decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use bots, scripts or any automation to interact with the app.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or abuse features.
• Publish content (in chat, username) that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory or that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

5. User conduct and moderation

Figurapp is a community of collectors. To keep it healthy, we apply a zero-tolerance policy against the following behaviors, whether in chat, username or any other surface of the app:

• Spam and unsolicited advertising.
• Harassment, intimidation, threats or abuse toward other users.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected category.
• Sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Any content involving minors of a sexual nature, exploitation, grooming or that puts a minor at risk. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE).

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice, at our sole discretion. In serious cases (CSAE, credible threats, fraud) suspension is immediate during the investigation.

To report abuse, inappropriate content or any violation of these rules, write to us at safety@figurapp.com. You can also report another user directly from the chat using the "Report user" button. More information about child safety on our Child Safety Standards page.

6. Trades between users

Figurapp facilitates the coordination of physical sticker trades between users, but is not part of the transaction. The physical exchange occurs outside the app, between the two people involved.

• We do not guarantee that trades will be completed.
• We are not responsible if one of the parties does not comply, delivers damaged, fake or different stickers from those agreed.
• We recommend meeting in public, well-lit places, and verifying the stickers before completing the exchange.
• If you have problems with another user, you can report it to support@figurapp.com.

7. Geolocation and in-person meetings

The radar and nearby collectors feature uses your GPS location. By activating it you accept:

• That in-person meetings to trade stickers are at your own risk.
• That Figurapp does not verify the identity of other users and is not responsible for in-person meetings.
• That you can disable the radar at any time from Settings.

8. Content you publish

By using the chat, you send messages to other users. By doing so:

• You retain the rights to your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to store and transmit it to recipients.
• You are solely responsible for the content you send.
• We may review reported conversations to investigate violations of these Terms.
• Messages are automatically deleted after 20 days.

9. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand and original content of Figurapp are our property. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written authorization.

Player and country names are property of their respective owners and are used purely for reference to identify the stickers the user collects.

10. Service provided "as is"

Figurapp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app works without interruptions or errors.
• The services are free of vulnerabilities.
• The data shown (nearby collectors, friends' albums, etc.) is 100% accurate in real time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Figurapp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the app, including (but not limited to) data loss, sticker loss, in-person meetings that go wrong, or substitute service costs.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed USD 50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Figurapp, its affiliates, employees and partners against any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms, at our discretion and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via push or email. Continued use of the app after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute that is not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your rights under GDPR and other applicable consumer laws are not affected.
