I'm not getting the verification email when I register
Check your spam or promotions folder. The email comes from noreply@figurapp.com. If it doesn't show up in 5 minutes, request a resend from the login screen by tapping "Resend verification".
If you still don't receive it, write to us with the email you used to register.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap "Forgot password", enter your email and you'll get a link to reset it. The link expires in 60 minutes.
Why don't I see collectors near me?
Check these things, in order:
- That location permissions are active for Figurapp (phone Settings).
- That the detection radius is configured reasonably (minimum 500m). Check in Settings → Detection radius.
- That there are active users in your area in the last 30 minutes — the radar only shows people actually moving with the app.
How do I propose a trade?
Go to a friend's album from the Friends tab (or Trades → +) and tap "Propose trade". Choose up to 5 stickers you have as duplicates and up to 5 they need. The other person gets a push notification and can accept or reject.
When both accept and meet in person, both must tap "Confirm trade" from the trade screen so the albums update automatically.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. All your data (album, friends, trades, messages, location) is deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
The app crashes / runs slow
Try, in this order:
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart the phone.
- Update to the latest version from App Store / Google Play.
- If you still have problems, write to us with the phone model, iOS/Android version and on which screen it happens.
I want to report a user
If a user harassed you, didn't honor a trade or violated the Terms, write to us at support@figurapp.com with the username and a description of the problem. If you have chat or proposal screenshots, attach them.
